Do you want to meet our sea lions personally?
We offer you the opportunity to meet the sea lions that live in Mundomar and to live a unique and unforgettable experience.
Accompanied by our keepers, you will enjoy a unique experience of around 30 minutes with our sea lions. You will discover what their day-to-day life is like, how they communicate and how we work with them through positive reinforcement. You will also be able to take part in one of their training sessions and see for yourself just how intelligent and playful they are.
Requirements:
- When the activity is carried out with the closed park, only the user with reservation will be allowed access.
- Children between 5 and 12 years old must carry out the activity accompanied by a paying adult.
- For safety reasons, this activity requires participants to be able to remain calm and follow the trainers’ instructions at all times. Those who may have difficulty meeting these requirements will not be able to participate. For those who need a therapeutic approach, the Mundomar Foundation offers free therapy programmes adapted to different types of disability.
- Not be pregnant.
- Participation by people with disabilities will be subject to a prior assessment by qualified staff, who will determine, based on the characteristics of the activity and the person’s needs, whether they can take part safely, without putting at risk their own wellbeing or that of the animal, the keepers or the other participants.
- To protect the animals’ health, we will ask you to remove necklaces, bracelets, rings, glasses, hair clips and any other item that could fall into the water or put them at risk before the activity begins.
- It is imperative to know how to swim.
- The activity cannot be carried out if you have a fever or a cold sore.
